I have coeliac disease and can’t have gluten. It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to enjoy a good cake. Not only this cake was completely gluten free it was so good it brought tears to my eyes. That’s how important it felt for me to be able to enjoy my favourite cake. It made my birthday extra special and can’t wait to come back for more 💜 🍰🎂
