I ordered a chicken kebab late Thursday evening a few months back. I watched the owner use the last of the uncooked chicken, then go and wash the silver container with the car wash outside tap behind. No fairy liquid, just an old rag. He then came back and used the same rag to wipe down the prep area worktop 🤦 I foolishly ate the chicken (may of been a bit drunk), but was consequently rough the next day! I haven't been back since, and don't intend to! It's definitely not 5 star food rating!

Ive tried them a few times and everything ive tried tastes great and the staff are very friend and generous. Much better value than most of the other vans around. Just make sure you are ready to wait around for quite a while. Kid-friendliness: Very friendly to kids

Its cash only we had to go to the cash machine in Sainsburys which isn't too far. We went late so the service was a bit slow but that was expected. Overall great place.

Half pounder burger meal after a night of drinks was perfect. Would highly recommend. Nice guys too.

We lived at Tudor Cottage, 404, Reading Road in Winnersh RG41 for a very long time, just a short walking distance to the kebab van. It was always a treat to tuck into a takeaway kebab and the owner (I forget his name, unfortunately) was a very friendly chap who in fact, didn’t want to take money for the two kebabs on our last evening 01 November 2017 when he heard we were moving house to Wales to enjoy our retirement in the peace and tranquility! Well, we hope to say hello again on Monday 27th February 23 evening during our short break in Berkshire! Parking: It’s on a lay-by with the car wash adjoining and Sainsbury’s opposite!

Had the shish wrap with mint sauce massive that’s why it was £8:15 donner Wrap had too with spicy chilli sauce

Rotten ill next day, not good, Donna very light thick slices, never had it fresh, badly prepared salad, no running water.

Always a friendly and good service, Year's of experience which these guys have always pay off!

Owner is friendly, but unfortunately the standard of food hygiene is poor. I saw the staff chop cucumber not washed it at all. I took this up with the owner . They had no access to clean water and went to the car wash and washed one piece of salad using car wash water. Major concerns about hand hygiene and food preparation, as the sink is not in use and full of bottles. No fresh water supply! Surprised how this van has a 5 star rating. I was really put off would not visit again.

Well another order arrived stone cold and we ordered a 1/2 pounder with bacon. But received a half pounder with donar meat. Chips thrown in the bin as horrible when cold. Sad really as we have ordered before. Maybe just eat walked to us. Not sure if we will ever order again
