Lovely experience with all of the staff being so kind and understanding. A lovely relaxed atmosphere. The dentist was so patient and understanding I would recommend this practice over other one's I've been to.

I am petrified of dentists due to childhood issues. But Dr Ilyas has been amazing, patient, kind and understanding. Taking the appointments one at a time and always making sure im never waiting long before my appointment. In the past i have failed to turn up to appointments due to this fear but the team have never caused an issue and simply fitted me in when i felt i could. My sister is also with the same dentist and is also scared of dentists. Very good for nervous patients.

The receptionist were so helpful when I was trying to get an emergency appointment. They actually called me the next day as a cancellation had occurred. The dentist was fantastic. She was really thorough and listened to what I had to say. She then explained everything very well and gave me clear ideas on what I could do to help myself 😁

Whether routine, complicated or emergency care the treatments are always effective and well thought through. They are also very thorough in spotting issues early, and keep very detailed records including notes, xrays and photography so they can track issues and progress over time. That feeds into well-informed decision making and treatments that are cost effective, aesthetically pleasing and durable over time.
