Both Ellie Childs and Ryan were fantastic throughout the search and purchase of my property and they made the whole process very straightforward! I have had good experience with both Ryan and Jay while discussing about a property. However I am very upset with the wording this agency uses when the owner is not happy with the offer made. They use the phrase “ Please see the offer rejected letter” Instead they can use the word offer not accepted.

Ryan and his team at Prospect Wokingham worked really hard for us. It's a challenging selling environment, and our chain did not go smoothly...however at all time we were given good advice, and good support. Ryan personally handled some late issues, and got us over the line. I have no doubt that without his personal intervention at a number of times, the chain would have collapsed due to other parties. He brought all his expertise in the UK housing market, and the local area as well to get our sale completed. Of particular note was how quickly they got viewings booked in, and converted into offers. We were very happy working with his team to market our property at it's best.
