Have been using Aqua-King now for about 5 Year and they have provided a first class service. They are reliable, polite, clean and tidy plus nothing is too much trouble. Never written a bad review before. Never felt compelled to. DO NOT USE. So just before lock down - After seeing quite a few plumbers we selected Phil. He spoke a good game and gave us confidence. Fitted 2 new radiators into an old system. No real thought what so ever for the placement of the pipework . Which now means some interesting boxing in. That aside - One radiator didn't work - the water went straight past it. When challenged (After spending £500 on putting it in), the response was 'oh well'. And off they went. I asked Phil to come back and have a look (having paid him) to see if he could tweak it etc. For the last 5 months I have text, called, emailed you name it. He doesn't even have the decency to get back to me. Completely ignores you. Beyond unprofessional. Promises of' Ill check the diary' etc . Joke. Also asked about a Hive heating system. Told it wouldn't work... hmm You know the best thing - Got Jamie Lemming round. Took an hour. Put a valve on. Wow works like a dream. Charged me £80. Also fixed a thermostat and offered to fit the Hive system whilst here. In short - do not use. Use Jamie. Its just not worth the hassle and time.

Boiler service turn out boiler broken down and we lost heating in minus 1 degree. Nightmare!!!

Excellent service and a professional job

If I had done this review after the install it would have been a 5* however post a new Boiler we have had this constant issue with air in the system and pressure dropping spoke with aqua king and a few company's including Bosch engineers and they all said could be a joint somewhere so we have lived with it. A couple of years after I though I havent cleaned out the Fernox TF1 filter and went to do it to find that it was barely hanging on and hadnt been tightened properly and that was where my air was coming in . I tightened the nuts and since then no more air issues ever. I feel that little mistake should have been avoided at initial install not left for me to discover.

We've used Aqua King for a new boiler installation & for routine boiler & central heating servicing since 2002. Phil King - the owner - is always really friendly & helpful and his team are reliable, efficient & tidy. We would wholeheartedly recommend Aqua King to anyone.

Aqua King have installed and subsequently serviced my boiler for a number of years. Always helpful with neat and tidy work. If you live in Earley, Wokingham or Reading I would recommend this local firm for any central heating job.
