Karl is not only an experienced, knowledgable professional, he is also an exceptionally lovely and kind man. He solved a problem for me so cleverly, and his work is beautifully tidy and clean.

Karl is very professional and knowledgeable. He asked questions and explained what he was doing at every step in a way I could understand. Very pleased to have come across him to help with an emergency and will only use his services for my oil boiler servicing and any repairs from now on.
