Kevin Eaton offers a service which we find to be second to none - professional, prompt and efficient, and he knows his way swiftly around a computer. Two years ago, we purchased a new computer and Kevin installed all data from the old one onto the new one in under the hour, and also installed extra security. Recently, we had a power failure which resulted in important emails going missing and, again within the hour, Kevin was able to restore everything and added further backup. He can also deal remotely with some problems. We cannot speak too highly of his service, which he offers to people of all ages and abilities.

Really prompt response to initial enquiry and 24 hour turnaround on fix. Could’ve hit me for parts but didn’t. Nice to do business with trustworthy and knowledgable supplier and offered that if his fix didn’t survive two weeks and a new part was needed, he’d fit for free - very fair offer.

Very professional and efficient. Did not spare too much time for chatter and was quick to assess the situation and act. I left my laptop, which had some issues regarding the screen, with Kevin overnight and it was sorted by the next day. Kevin is also very communicative and gets back to you right away.
