Excellent service from Steve and his team at Auto Campers. We visited the Auto Campers stand at the Motorhome and Caravan Show at the NEC in October. We had previously researched lots of vans. As with other reviewers, Steve challenged our preconceptions of what we were looking for in a camper and we ultimately purchased an Auto Campers Leisure Van which gives us exactly what we need. Customer service has been excellent throughout....fast response to emails, pre handover video and 3 hour personal handover by Steve to ensure we understood everything about both the base vehicle and all the habitation features. All summarised in a brochure. Special thanks to Alicia for patiently running through the van options at the show and to Steve and his team for the customer service which went well beyond our expectations. Very happy customers. We went to the Camping show last Autumn to buy an awning and to look at 6 metre vans with a fixed bed. Steve at Auto Campers challenged our pre conceptions and we bought a high top Leisure Van and could not be happier. (We had a pop top before). The guys at Auto Campers are campers themselves and it shows. From the two sliding doors (bring on the ventilation in the summer) to the floor based sliding Vari mount rail that enables the bed to move and enables the Van to accommodate bicycles or furniture when required. We love the pull out fridge that means wine bottles can stand upright when opened, the ability to get something out of the fridge when standing outside and the little table that opens outward when sitting under the pull out awning. The high top is a joy - no more soggy tent fabric to fret about and the ability to move inside the van freely. To their immense credit, Auto Campers insist on a very comprehensive handover / introduction to the new van, notwithstanding any prior van experience. Steve patiently explained the best way to pull the bed out and how the two battery system worked amongst many other practical tips. He then gave both of us time to try things out for ourselves. All advice and instruction is reinforced by way of a comprehensive colour instruction manual. Prepared and illustrated by Auto Campers themselves. You simply can't remember everything! After we bought the van , all subsequent requests for advice assistance were answered promptly by the team. They share your passion for outdoor living and are more than happy to pass on their expertise and experience. This feels like a small family firm who care about their customer relations and their after sales service and we appreciate it. Thank you Steve, Karl and the team and to Stu and Jane who have shared "Harry" their van with us through their Vlog "Getaway Geese". Wot Larks. Thank providence that Steve and the team had the time to challenge our assumptions about what we wanted. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase and to all the staff at Auto Campers. We have had our Autocamper van for 5 years now and it has been such a good purchase. We got the hi-line leisure van as it was mainly just the 2 of us using it. I'm 6ft and I can exist in this van very comfortably, I can even stand up straight where the sky-light is. The after sales support has also been great and they are always on hand to answer questions. We even managed 2 months away on it last year around Spain, France and Portugal. Most people had large motorhomes, so I quite enjoyed being able to park this anywhere and easily pass them as they struggled up the big hills in central Portugal.

From our initial inquiry through to collection of our Hi-Line Leisure van, Steve and the staff at Auto-Campers have acted with the utmost respect and professionalism and created our dream camper-van. Since collection, my wife and I have taken every opportunity to show off the design and build quality to any interested parties. We still have to remind ourselves on a daily basis that we own such a beautiful vehicle. Thank you all at Auto-Campers, especially Steve, Karl and Jason. We can’t recommend you highly enough.

You cannot fault the service from Steve and his team- customer care is their priority and it surely shows. We have recently picked up 'Bob' our new Transit Custom based Highline MRV and we are so glad to have him. We had specific vintage scooter transport needs and the MRV was the version of choice for this purpose. Our first Scooter Show was this weekend and Bob performed perfectly. See attached photos. All in all so glad we spotted Autocampers on Youtube and we cannot wait for many more shows and ordinary camping trips.

Hello, My wife and I ordered and recently took possession of our Auto Camper Hi line leisure van in December 2022. The whole experience has been excellent. We made an appointment to view their vehicles in 2021 and to be honest I’d not actually expected to order one there and then. Steve didn’t actually sell it to us, he just skilfully and professionally guided us through the various features, options and variants available and once we’d exhausted all the questions we could think of we signed on the dotted line. I in particular was very impressed by the quality of the fixtures and fittings used and the overall build quality in and industry where there are some really poor conversions. While we waited for our camper, all our questions, emails and phone calls were quickly answered and we new this was a company we could trust. On collection day, Karl patiently took us through everything we needed to know about the vehicle. The manuals, video walk-through (by Steve Wood) and hand-over in general were all excellent. We’ve only had a couple of nights away so far, but can confirm that the build quality is excellent, solid and well designed. We had to call Karl early one evening when we couldn’t turn off the alarm, but once again he was calm (although we weren’t !) helpful and stayed on the phone until we’d sorted out the issue (operator error !) We highly recommend Auto Campers conversions, Steve Wood , Karl and Jason etc for their helpful and professional attitude. Thanks must also go the the people behind the scenes who build the campers. Ordered a day van within 1 hour of seeing it online, got it 9 months later. Carl and Andrea ( Sheffield) where excellent all the way through, including several additions along the way. Nothing was too much trouble and the end result was excellent. We are thrilled to bits with the van and have already booked three months away in Spain. We can't recommend Autocampers enough, friendly and professional start to finish, would definitely buy again in the future. Thank you.

Having already had a campervan for over 10 years, we had a preconceived idea of what we wanted. Steve very patiently listened and asked questions on how we would be using the van. Instead of our initial idea of going for a pop-top, he convinced us to go for the the high-top (which was cheaper) as it provided the additional storage which had always been a problem in our previous van. It took us over 18 months to finally take the plunge, but Steve was always there to answer our questions and was never pushy. We went for the MRV model as we needed the flexibility of transporting, different combinations of people, dogs, mobility scooters and various motorcycles. It is a great vehicle for track days. As expected with a complex custom built vehicle, there were some minor niggles. However, they were quickly and effectively addressed by an extremely competent after sales team. All in all my expectations of customer service have been exceeded. I'm pleasantly surprised, as this is not always the case when dealing with the auto trade. If you are looking for a campervan I would seriously recommend that you check out what they have to offer.

We picked up our leisure van less than two weeks ago and we’re still getting familiar with all its features. The handover took approximately 3 ½ hours and there was a lot to take in, however both Steve and Tom explained everything in detail, and we were even sent a video before we collected our van. It proved very useful and we’ve already referred back to it to check a few points. So far we’ve only been able to go away for one night, it was a cold night but the heater made our van nice and cosy. We believe we made the right choice buying a high top leisure van and we’re looking forward taking it to France as soon as covid restrictions are lifted.
