Polite and courteous no pressure

I needed some discontinued laminate flooring (long shot). They went searching through their warehouse and managed to find 2 boxes. Extremely helpful and friendly, would highly recommend!

Excellent service from Dave and Richard in the shop, Nathan and Kyle who fitted the hall stairs and landing. After a disastrous decorating job, all these guys were helpful and patient while the work was re done, and ensured that when the carpet was re fitted, it was done so with care. We have always used this shop for our carpets and cannot praise them enough for their care, personal attention and advice. I would thoroughly recommend them and would not consider going elsewhere. As a result of moving I wanted new flooring in our office to give it a more natural look and Richard and his team certainly delivered. From the initial measure up and talking through the options available through to the installation is was superb. I Have always got my flooring from here. They are very knowledgeable about what they do. Extremely helpful staff and the fitters are polite and do a first class job. I've been using them for must be 30yrs, that speaks for itself. Keep it up, as you can tell I would definatly recommend.

I've just had a very large piece of carpet made into a huge rug for our sitting room and the service from Carpetwise has been excellent. I've used them several times now for various types of flooring and can thoroughly recommend them. I will be back to use them again in the future!

Excellent Service - Carpetwise took my blue lounge carpet and fitted it into two other rooms, and then fitted a new beige carpet into the lounge. Their service was fantastic, and they left all the rooms looking fabulous. Very pleased.
