The guy was great, the lady was very rude, arrogant and troublesome. It's best to avoid the place.

I have been using James Autos for my MOT for the past 4 years. This year Heather passed my car but it had a leak in the exhaust in a tricky place to get to which Heather was upfront about. I was offered a quote from them which I chose to do. After getting the quote and chatting to Richard, who was completely honest about the cost, I asked them to do the job. All I can say is such a great service from start to finish. My car was picked up by them first thing and brought back by 3.30pm. Richard brought the part he had replaced to show me when he dropped off my car and even showed me photos and a video on his phone of the work he had done.
