This was my first time using UniComputers and it is very easy to give Adnan a five-star review due to his expertise and his excellent customer service. He could not have been more helpful. He correctly diagnosed my problem (laptop software issue stopping the laptop working) over the phone and completed the work within the time he suggested. He gave me a clear expectation of price and the solutions. My wife collected the laptop and I did not understand one of the issues so I popped in the next morning and he spent almost an hour explaining it to me and suggested some time saving enhancements. Such a helpful and pleasant person. Highly recommended .

Communication was good, and transparent about everything. Unfortunately couldn't fix the issue but that was the age of the laptop. Will come back for angthing computer related in the future, good local company. Thanks for your help
